Product Overview
Our bulk bag rack is a heavy-duty steel storage and support system specifically designed for handling and storing flexible bulk bags (including FIBCs, ton bags, big bags, and other flexible intermediate bulk containers). The rack provides a sturdy structural framework that ensures loaded bags are securely supported and can be stacked 4–5 layers high to optimize warehouse layout and improve material handling efficiency.
Built for industrial applications, this rack can be flexibly configured to meet your specific requirements for bag dimensions, load-bearing capacity, stacking height, forklift aisles, and operational procedures. It is widely used in warehouses, manufacturing plants, food processing facilities, chemical plants, agricultural facilities, and other locations where flexible bulk bags are used for the storage or handling of bulk materials.
Applications
Bulk bags are placed inside a steel frame; the bags’ lifting loops or upper structures are hooked onto the rack, which supports them.
Once loaded, the steel frame distributes the load through its structural components and transfers the weight to the floor or supporting base.
After loading is complete, forklifts can be used to stack the bags in multiple layers. Compared to simply placing flexible bags on the warehouse floor, this arrangement provides better protection for the goods and helps you increase storage density in the warehouse.

Product Advantages
Racks provide a standardized storage structure that helps you make more efficient use of your existing warehouse space.
A well-planned bulk bag rack layout can help you streamline forklift and other material handling processes.
Bulk bags stacked directly on the floor often occupy irregular areas, whereas bulk bag racks create a more organized storage layout.
SDREX bulk bag racks can be customized to different sizes and configurations based on your facility’s layout and can be arranged flexibly.
Our Strengths
As a manufacturer of bulk bag racks, we produce them according to your specifications.
Our production process typically includes:
Raw material preparation → Cutting → Welding → Grinding → Inspection → Surface treatment → Assembly → Final inspection → Packaging
Before shipment, we inspect each rack, covering dimensional accuracy, structural quality, weld integrity, and surface treatment quality.
For custom bulk bag rack, production can be based on the following information:
Customer drawings
CAD files
Big bag dimensions
Photos and measured data
Application requirements
If you need custom bulk bag racks, please provide us with the information listed above, and our team will develop a customized solution for you as soon as possible.

Got Questions?
There is no standard size. Bulk bag racks can be customized based on the width, depth, height, and loaded weight of the ton bags you use.
Yes. Dimensions, load capacity, number of storage bays, base configuration, forklift operation methods, and surface treatment processes can all be customized according to your specific application needs.
Yes. If enhanced corrosion resistance is required (especially in humid or harsh environments), they can be manufactured using galvanized steel.
Yes, the main structure of our bulk bag racks can be equipped with forklift slots or other suitable handling interfaces.
Yes, bulk bag rack designs support vertical stacking. Our designers can determine the number of stacking levels based on your cargo weight and warehouse height.
