Round steel pallets, also known as round corner steel pallets, feature a fully rounded-corner design. Unlike standard pallets, this design helps prevent damage to cargo packaging, injuries to personnel, and wear and tear on walls and floors during handling, stacking, and transportation. Manufactured from high-quality structural steel using integrated stamping and welded reinforcement processes, these pallets offer exceptional structural stability, impact resistance, and resistance to deformation. The entire product line supports handling with forklifts and hand pallet trucks, multi-level stacking, and beam rack storage. Applications
Featuring a reinforced double-layer steel plate structure, these pallets offer exceptional load-bearing capacity and maximize the use of vertical space during transportation or storage. They are primarily used for rack storage and high-stack applications.
Single-sided round steel pallets use two bent U-shaped tubes as side frames and two thick, straight tubes as forklift entry points. They are relatively lightweight and easy to handle.
